Russia To Commission 70 New Nuclear Missiles By 2011 - AP

Russia will to commission 70 new nuclear missiles over the next three years, a top government official said, according to The Associated Press Monday. Vladislav Putilin, the deputy head of the cabinet commission for weapons industries, added that Russia will spend about 4 trillion rubles, or $141 billion, onweapons purchases over the next three years, including the nuclear missiles.
