For the first time in Iran, an Islamic resistance messenger service has been launched by the Association of Supporters of Islamic Resistance and has been offered at the second International Festival of the Last Saviour with the aim of preventing internet espionage.
According to an Iran daily reporter, Zeynab Shari'atmadar, the deputy leader of the Association of Supporters of Islamic resistance (Alhamat) announced this and said: "The key to Hezbollah's success in Lebanon's 33-day war against Zionism [reference to Israel-Hezbollah conflict in south Lebanon in 2006] was due to the fact that it did not use existing communication systems, eliminating the possibility of the enemy investigating or eavesdropping." Shari'atmadar added: "Today, in cooperation with individuals waiting for the emergence of His Holiness Vali-e Asr [reference to the absent twelfth Shi'i Imam], the Association of the Supporters of Islamic Resistance has succeeded in designing an Islamic resistance messenger service and indigenising it. This service provides the possibility of establishing text, audio and video communication between different resistance groups all over the world, and continuous communication has already been established between Islamic resistance groups all over the world."
